The Gallifrey 2009 Dealers Room will be the best Gallifrey dealers room ever! It'll be a complete merchandise sales room loaded with all of the latest Doctor Who and media & merchandise collectibles. From Doctor Who audios and videos to novels, novellas and magazines, plus costuming gear, science fiction books, videos and audios, movie posters, jewelry, buttons, collectible cards, media memorabilia and more... our dealers room will once again be a great place for the Doctor Who and science fiction fan!

Please note that the Gallifrey 2009 Dealers Room is sold out to vendors. There are no more tables are available for purchase by merchandisers; please contact us if you would like to sell at a future convention. (All attendees can visit the dealers' room... by sold out we mean we have no more booth space available for vendors!)

At this time we have a small selection of additional fan tables but these will go fast, and you must reserve them early. Please note we will only accommodate fan table participants willing to use the table the entire weekend!

The Gallifrey 2009 Art Show returns for a glorious nineteenth year of fantastic artwork from all over the cosmos. A mainstay of the Gallifrey One conventions, the Art Show is a visual feast, with both Doctor Who and science fiction & fantasy illustration in many forms (paintings, drawings, sculpture, etc.), much of it available for purchase on site or at the Sunday afternoon Art Show Auction. The Art Show is open to all attendees for browsing, and space in the art show is available to the general public (including people who do not attend the convention) for a small fee (plus commission rates on sales).

You can expect tons of biddable and non-biddable collectible art from science fiction, fantasy and, of course, Doctor Who. Many esteemed artists display their wares in our Art Show; professional artists from all over have shown in our show, and many of your favorites will be back.

In addition, we will host our annual Gallifrey One Art Show Auction on Sunday afternoon.
