- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED, NOR ARE WE OFFERING DEFERRALS OF ANY KIND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note that ALL tickets are subject to the Terms and Conditions that were agreed to upon purchase, which stipulate no refunds or deferrals.
- We are currently not offering press passes, industry passes or professional comps for the convention.
- Our Dealers Room has a very long waiting list (as we retain nearly all of our dealers every year) but we can contact you if/when space opens up.
- We do NOT maintain an email list or newsletter; please do not ask to be added to one. Instead, please keep an eye on our website and our social media pages.
- Questions about Diamond Passes, the TARDIS Tag, photo ops, tickets for our evening guest receptions, or which photo session to attend should be directed to our partners at Convention Photo Shoots, which handle these add-on items; you can reach them at info@conventionphotoshoots.com.
