A quick note for Gallifrey One attendees:
Thanks to all of you who participated in Gallifrey One’s hotel reservations event on May 9. If you did not get into the Marriott LAX, there are tons of hotels in the immediate vicinity, many within a 5 minute walk (details on our Hotel Accommodations page) … but be sure to keep checking back via the reservations link, too! We’ve provided that link on the Accommodations page for your access.
As always, our hotel event signifies the end of our regular convention business season, which begins with our ramp-up around October and runs until hotel day in May. That means, it’s finally time for our (sorely needed) annual summer break: four or five months to give us a chance to relax and regroup and plan for the future (as well as turn our attention to other things!)
But that doesn’t mean we’ll be completely quiet:
- We’ll be popping in occasionally with new guest updates (you can likely expect several during the summer!)
- Our Art Show — moving to a different, larger location with more artists than ever before — will open for space reservations mid-summer.
- Our discussion panel suggestions call will be posted around the Labor Day holiday.
And of course, we will be back with regular updates this autumn, to kick things into gear for the first of our final three Gallifrey One conventions. We have some fantastic things in store for you next year that we cannot wait to share.
We hope you all have a great summer… be sure to keep checking our website and social media periodically, and purchase your tickets if you haven’t yet (remember: the earlier you do, the better able we are to plan ahead and book more guests!).
We hope to see you next February for The 36 Legends of Gallifrey One: Stories Untold.
